In the final ParkSpeak event of 2020, we visited Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. Special guests including Ray Lennox, District Superintendent Acting of the Colorado Desert District, as well as Lydia Stinson, State Park Interpreter I of the Colorado Desert District, gave us an exclusive, behind the scenes tour of one of the most unique California State Park landscapes in the world. We learned all about the park’s history and little-known facts, plus how the Anza Borrego Foundation is increasing equitable park access for youth.
